About Rob Driessen

Rob (1971) grew up in a small village in the Netherlands. Groessen. After graduating as a Chemical Technologist, I graduated as a Technical Business Administrator at the University of Twente. The first job was something that would fit perfectly into the type of companies I enjoy working for. An extremely ambitious growing international company, EMCM (European Medical Contract Manufacturing), specialized in the development and production of sterile medical implants. Started as a Project engineer, but quickly moved on to operational management. The last 3 years as Vice President Operations. From the 12 employees who worked there at the time, the company has grown to 80 employees and it is still a very successful company. In 2004 it was time to get into entrepreneurship. I became the a cofounder of the travel website Zoover.  Zoover has grown from a home office to an international company with more than 80 employees (including Weeronline.nl, which was acquired in 2009). From 2004 to 2010 I held the position of general director within Zoover Media. Zoover and Weeronline have been sold to the German companyTomorrow Focus. After various interim positions at Tevreden.nl and Nieuws.nl, I have been a co-shareholder since 2011 and active in marketing / corporate affairs at the German company Premier Healthcare Germany GmbH. The company focuses on international case management for patients and companies looking for medical treatment in Europe. Since 2011 I have been active from Torber as an Interim manager, advisor and investor.
